Service Change Policy

If you need to change or modify your service, please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charge the full amount.

Appointment Policy

​

I strive to provide the best service to all of my clients and, to maintain fairness, I have certain policies in place regarding appointment times. 

​

Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate late arrivals. If you are running 15-10 minutes late, your appointment will be shortened to ensure fairness to the next client. If you are 15 or more minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. 

​

Please plan for potential traffic delays, especially if you are driving.

​

New clients must fill out their forms before the appointment starts, failure to do so will cut into your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

​

I understand that plans change, but I kindly request a minimum of 2 days notice for cancellations. Less than 2 days notice will result in a 100% charge of your service deposit if the appointment time isn't filled. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and must pay in full before rebooking.

Deposit Policy

​

To secure your appointment, a $30 deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferrable as they cover my time and products needed for your service.
